Billing help
For a payment question, include the Paddle receipt or transaction reference. Paddle securely handles card details, taxes, and receipts; RolePolish does not store your full card number.
Technical help
Tell us which page you were using, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time. For export problems, include the file format and browser, but remove sensitive résumé details from screenshots unless they are essential.
Data requests
You can delete saved résumés and analyses inside RolePolish. Account settings provides permanent deletion for your account and app data. You can also contact support for privacy questions.
