Using RolePolish

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in secure, and use the service lawfully. You remain responsible for reviewing every generated suggestion and for the accuracy of every application you submit.

No employment guarantee

RolePolish is an editing and organization tool. It does not provide legal, recruiting, or career-placement services and does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, or applicant-tracking-system results.

AI output

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Do not add a claim, skill, metric, credential, or experience that you cannot truthfully support. Review all output before relying on or sharing it.

Accounts and acceptable use

Do not access another person’s data, disrupt the service, bypass credit or security controls, automate abusive requests, upload unlawful content, or use RolePolish to deceive employers. We may restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Credits and payments

Credits are consumed when a completed generation is delivered; failed generations are designed to be refunded automatically. Essential and Pro are monthly subscriptions that renew at the price shown in checkout until canceled. Credit Boost is a repeatable one-time purchase available only while an Essential or Pro subscription is active. Paddle processes payments as merchant of record.

Monthly credits are added after each confirmed renewal and unused credits remain in the account while it stays open. You can cancel a subscription through the Paddle customer link provided with your purchase or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not remove credits already granted, but it ends eligibility for new Credit Boost purchases when the subscription is no longer active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, RolePolish is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or decisions made using generated output. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
